My Journey

My name is Mateus and I am well known as Ninno, a nickname that my family has given me since I was a baby. I was born in a small town in the interior of Sao Paulo - Brazil called Ibitinga and I am also Italian.

I am a Christian, I am grateful to Jesus for his sacrifice of love and to God for everything

I have been married for 15 years and have three children and an incredible wife.

When I turned 18 I decided to get my first tattoo and that day I discovered that I was born to do that.

I have always liked to draw, but seeing art happening on the skin was truly something incredible for me.

I took a basic course, bought a tattoo kit and that was when the big change in my life began.

I soon realized that just taking a basic course would not get me where I wanted to go.

I started taking many courses, in drawing, painting, I learned about the best materials in the world of tattooing and acquired the best there was.

I participated in many tattoo conventions around the world, including Tattoo Week Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Mondial du Tatouage in Paris, Milano Tattoo Convention in Italy, Zaragoza Tattoo in Spain, Inked Out New Jersey, I have more than 80 national and international awards.

I am currently taking my work to the world, I am proud that there is a bit of my art in various places
